Heidi and her team saved us so much money out of pocket and got us an affordable monthly payment. They communicated with us throughout the whole process. It was the best banking experience I’ve ever had and would absolutely recommend them!

I went it to pay off my truck the other day and I told the lady what I was going to do, told her I was paying mostly cash and the rest( less than $150) on my debit card and needed them to sign off on the title and so she took me to the computer to follow through with the payments. After that was complete I asked if they could sign off on the title now and she said no actually because you used your debit card for part of the payment and you could dispute the charge. Then told me it would be 1-2 days to clear. Then after it cleared she can sign off on it. The lady could have told me that in the beginning I could have just withdrawn the $150. And did it all in cash. I called the next day and now they are telling me I actually have to wait 10 days until they can sign off on the title. Mind you I was planning on selling my truck the same day I paid it off that’s why I needed them to sign off on the title. The lady made this whole transaction way harder than it should have been and now I have to drive all the way back in 10 days to get it signed off. Terrible experience!
