I reached out to Consumer Debt Help Association almost for years ago to help with some unsecured credit debt. They we awesome!! Samantha was very attentive to me and my case. If I had any questions she got back to me in a timely manner, and if it was after business hours she would reach out the next morning. They were definitely a joy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get out of credit debt.

Consumer Debt Help Association is an amazing company to work with! They answer the phone whenever I call. They made the entire process so easy and painless! We worked with Jason. He was easy to reach and always answered my calls/emails promptly. He was so patient with me and all my questions and explained everything so well! He knew how eager and anxious we were to get this debt behind us and did an amazing job keeping us updated! I would recommend CDHA to anyone who is struggling with debt! The customer service is the best. They really do care and want to help!

For all the “credit correcting” companies this one should be at the top of the list! From the absolute initial contact they have kind, considerate and attentive. Not many of us like admitting that our money management has become way out of our control. They understand this and explain their program thoroughly. Consumer Debt Help Association, was one the best things I have done in my life. They helped me work through paying off 6 credit cards over $50K in 3 and half years. I am so impressed with this company. They did not pressure me, they did not harass me, They called every month, and I mean every month to check on me and see if I had any questions or concerns. They assisted in a legal matter I had with one of the credit cards. I did not have any attorney fee's or court fees, They HANDLED IT ALL. I would so highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing to clean up their credit. Now I did have to commit to making the payments religiously, which I did. They handled issues that came up with my husband's work. I absolutely love Carol and Angela, who handled my account.

Jason was very knowledgeaeble, he was always available to answer questions and advise me . He treated me with respect and understanding. Consumer Debt Help Association was terrific. They did what they said they would do. When I initially researched these types of companies, what impressed me so much was there lack of sales pressure to join their company. They explained things very thoroughly and never applied high level sales techniques. Every step of the sign up process, provided very professional, helpful, kind, caring individuals. Once I signed up, Samantha, my representative was always helpful and did everything she could to resolve my debt in my favor. Jason and the whole team did an amazing job to get me where I’m at. Honestly if it wasn’t for them that this place I still would’ve been fighting my own battles and would not understand how to do the whole process.
