I just now called a customer representative to inquire about my account. First, they did not have my phone number on the account. Then I wanted to ask a few questions on the creditors I had left and when I would be finished with the program. It has been 2 years. She seemed so annoyed with me in asking questions. I am always respectful to people and feel this lady needs to be trained in talking to people. So disappointed in how this went.

Thank you for helping me get out of my personal loans and credit card debt. We were struggling to see how we would see the light at the end of the tunnel but thanks to CCA we were able to catch up on our mortgage and still get our of debt in less than 2 years.

I was skeptical at first but I am glad I made the decision to get out of debt. Thanks to all the kind and helpful customer service agents that helped me along the way.

I paid 4600 had 3 payments left I called and waited for call back only to find out they wanted 8000 dollars instead of 5600 they did not tell me of changes and I only had 4000 in debt. They added 3000 in payments this company will not do you right!!! I got scammed .

One thing I want to say the company really help me, but what I can't understand will not tell.you.Nothing about your balance just tell.you company that settle agree they take a lot Out payment you have to give them $500 upfront , Start making payments 1/19,start make payments 6/19 On the companies that I need to pay, they still take fee, out every month , appreciate Company help!but it’s taking too long. What I should have done file bankruptcy!

We have been with this company for about a year. When we were 1st with them they were great, Now, when we really need them we cannot get a hold of them. Did they change their email address? They are very quick withdraw money out of our account over 9 days early, but I can't get a hold of them now. All emails have been undeliverable. Not happy.

I have been with CCA since 2017. I think I had 6 accounts. I am beyond annoyed. NEVER have I seen a company take this long. Then its funny, as soon as you thing you are done they need more money. I feel like I should have dodged this company. I am at my limit. Its always someone will call. Only one time have I ever recieved a call from this company. Now its "pending graduation" which has been the last 6 months. Smh.

Great people….In house legal! They stopped the harassment and settled things down for me. We had some junk loans we didn’t want to have anymore.
