This bank no longer cares about its customers. Brought in a 1500 check to part deposit, part cash back. The young man at the counter at the Beauregard location treated me like absolute trash. In November I brought in a check for $6250, deposited $5,000 cash And received $1,250 cash back. No issues, didn’t even have to show my ID. He told me because that transaction showed as cash I would have to wait 5 days to cash this check. I opened an account here soon after I started teaching in 2009. Never had ANY returned checks or issues cashing checks. So sad to be treated this way now.

The people that work here really do not care about their customers. Just saying... Tons of banks to choose from... Look somewhere else. Just saying...

I have really enjoyed this bank but in the last month I had fraudulent charges on my account. They took care of the first one and I was super impressed but I found out on my own on the second one and it wasn’t even a week apart. They did look into my account and make sure everything is good. After everything I have been through I recommend this bank. I have always had great service and great communication.

Absolutely horrendous bank. If you use the app to deposit checks remotely there is a minimum holding period. They’ve held multiple checks for over a week and their reasoning changes depending on who you talk to: Ex. “The picture”, “Remote deposit has a holding period“ (Which is apparently triple what they claim. Would not give them another penny. Place is a JOKE if you’re someone who needs quick and easy access to your accounts and money to transfer this is NOT the place for you.
