This place is really great Marc is always really helpful and Rich was helpful too but this is the second vehicle I've got from here and Marc made it easy every time so if anybody needs a used vehicle go here I'll be buying my vehicles from here only from now on thanks Marc for the Chevy 2500

I’ve been looking for a nice reliable vehicle for a while now, I came upon complete auto credit and ran into rich, who helped me through everything I had questions about and helped massively. It was a first time purchase for me and rich made it seem like it was my 7th. Amazing people. Couldn’t be happier with what I got and the help I received. 100% would come again.

We have purchased several vehicles in the past & the deal is usually done after signing. With Marc it's a different story. We contacted him a few days after buying because the car wouldn't start. After jumping car he told us to take it to an Auto parts store & he paid for a new battery over the phone! We had another small issue after that & his mechanic took care of it right away. You could tell he was a very honest person & we felt very confident in dealing with him. I asked for some of his business cards to share with friends & family. Great guy, great business!

Where do I even get started here!! I found a 6.4L turbo diesel listed for sale on a local site and in pictures it was absolutely beautiful!! After talking price and info we took the 2.5hr trip the next morning to go check it out and purchase the truck. When we pulled in to the dealership me and my husband looked at each other and said it could not be the same truck from the site....indeed it was! My husband does his mechanic checking as he fixes/sells cars as well. Upon checking....the frame was misted with gray spray paint to cover rust which was such an eye sore, the radiator was leaking, rear end was leaking, rear main seal was leaking and to put the icing on the cake it had no oil in the motor! We informed the owner it needed oil for us to test drive it so we waited until the oil was delivered from the auto parts store. The owner looked at us and said "It looks good doesn't it" to which we stated "It looked much better in the photos" and he replied " It looks better in person than in photos?". Once the oil got there me and my husband were standing at our car waiting and after around 10 minutes we asked if he was done putting oil to which he asked my husband "Where does the oil go, Im not familiar with these diesel vehicles". The truck holds 12qts of oil and he put in 5qts and said it was ready to be driven...mind you it had NO oil in it to begin with!! He then had to add antifreeze which ended up leaking out before we could drive it. Once in the truck the entire steering was messed up and would not steer straight, the a/c didnt work and the temperature gauge clearly was not doing anything because of the leak. After getting back to the dealership we got in our vehicle and left! The price was $24k and we agreed on $20k out the door. I would not have given him $10k for the truck much less $20k. The owner was nice and did offer us a drink but vehicle and price wise it was just not there. Please beware and fully check the vehicles out before purchasing!!!

Bought a truck in May 2020 under the impression it was being sold as ready for use vehicle. Immediately had to spend ≈$800 to get it safe and driveable. Marc's excuse was his mechanics had looked it over; this shows how well-rounded and knowledgeable his employees are. After Expressing that he pay us the money we spent on the ("safe") vehicle that should have been cared for in his hands, he toyed with us saying he would send us a check for the difference he SHOULD have already taken care of. After a while, no check. We call, he says he forgot and will "mail tomorrow," which he never did. We had to show up personally. And the saddest part is the expression this man had was almost as if he had no plans on sending us our rightfully owed funds, and looked completely surprised we showed up to collect. NOW we love our truck ETA (paid off): Marc did not submit our payment information - when it was time for our first payment to come out, it never did - for which I had to call the loan business to see if they had received a payment from me (I did not see any activity in my account) - they never got information from Complete Auto Credit. Despite the-19, this is unacceptable (YOU ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLES FINANCIAL LIVELIHOODS). This information is supposed to be set up through the seller running the paperwork. I should not need to set myself up! This means that we paid in partial cash, for our truck that was basically in REPO status had it gone three months if I never figured out that CAC didn't submit our pertinent payment information. (thank goodness I am on top of finances to be aware). THIS IS A RED FLAG.^^^^^^^^ Also, per the owners response : I waited to post a review years later because, I didn't buy a t-shirt, Marc. We bought a piece of heavy equipment/machinery that should ideally be useful and in working -not-just-running condition for YEARS to come, not just a summer and a half. Had I reviewed immediately, would have rated 5 stars out of ignorance. You can't give a review on something in one day when it is supposed to last you a lifetime. ESPECIALLY for the price we paid.

Great service, Marc was not your typical salesman and very friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were treated like people should be treated. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a used vehicle, stop by here first.

Mark and Richard at Complete Auto Credit were amazing! I plan on buying from them again, and highly recommend this lot to anyone that's heard "no" elsewhere or is worried about their credit situation. We got a great car and a great deal from honest businessmen - a rare find these days!

I seen a vehicle I was interested in. I stopped in and asked questions about it. Marc & Rich answered my questions honestly. At no point did they pressure me into buying it.
