What a great experience. These guys are really awesome. Stacy and Kim were great. We had a problem getting our money, but it was not their fault. Our Credit Union gave them misinformation for wiring our money. Kudos to Stacy. She included us on conference calls and held on until our money was located by our Credit Union, and the problem was solved. Once Stacy got them to process our account correctly, we had our money in 10 min. Great job Stacy, couldn't have completed this without you. Great job.

My experience with this company was horrible. I didn’t receive updates on my closing. Thank goodness I was in contact with the buyer or I wouldn’t have been kept up to date. Phone calls weren’t returned, closing dates weren’t met and I had to contact them 3 days AFTER the papers were signed and ask them to wire my money to me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Cindy's communication skills lacking. More concerned with explaining why she's right, than listening and providing good customer service. We closed a day later than we could have because she was on vacation. That cost us money. No one would answer phones, phones didn't work properly. We do not recommend Compass Title at all.

Staff here is personable and professional.They closed on my house in 2018 and I needed survey information .They had that in 30 min

The worst title company on the planet!!! If I could give a zero I would. When I say the worst I mean that. I had a VA buyer and ALL their paperwork was conventional especially the HUD! (Closing documents ) we dealt strictly with the owner of this company. People beware they over charge buyers!! Haven't refunded their money in weeks! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!

Absolutely top notch in all respects. They were efficient, effective, and pleasant to work with. In particular, Stacey was a standout: she was on the ball 110% of the time, and even took documents to a remote facility so the mobility-challenged seller could sign. I would use them again, and I most strongly recommend them!

Awesome staff and service!!!! Joyce is very helpful and goes the extra mile. All the ladies there are friendly and welcoming! Would highly recommend their services and the prices are reasonable.
