I want to thank you Compass Financial FCU for making my buying car experience and great one, I want to thank Rolando Hernandez the Senior Loan Officer for his professionalism, his turnaround was fast and efficient, I am now enjoying my new Cadillac Escalade with pride. Better rates than most of the car dealerships and without the drama. I will definitely will recommend Compass Finacial FCU to everyone in need for profesional Finacial services.

At compass there is a personalized white glove kind of service, I am very pleased with treatment I get at that location, have financed 2 cars already, honest, no drama or trikiness of dealers.

If I can give them a negative star I would. Not only were they continuing to take payment AFTER my loan was fulfilled but they kept the lien on my loan for months AFTER my loan was satisfied. Every time I called they said, “yes yes no worries we will take care of it” but they sat on their butts and did nothing! Terrible banking location!

Yes, the employee are nice but worst bank if you work a Monday to Friday 8-5 job. I wasn’t able to leave work early Friday to make it before they close ( I work 30 min away but with traffic it takes about a hour) I decide to go Saturday morning at 9 am when they open. I waited ten minutes and no one want to work apparently!!! So I guess they are now close on Saturday even though google shows it’s open. There was no sign on the doo showing they’re not opening today ... I have things to do and places to go and now I’m going to be delayed my day thank you ! I will closing my account soon !

Great bank however You might want to adjust the hours on google. They are incorrect , it is Saturday and they are not open before 1pm
