Kim Bradley was amazing best customer service I've ever experienced! In out fast efficient.

I have a auto loan with CommunityWide and have had no problems contacting them. Never have I had someone hang up on me nor have I ever had to wait on hold. I’ve even had a few payment that I knew would be late so I called them and explained the situation and they’ve never said on my credit report that it’s late. CommunityWide works with its customers, it’s the customers who don’t want to work with them.

Simple and easy banking. Plenty of options for various account types. It only took 5 dollars to start an account. I had mine open before I even knew it. The gentleman who referred me to this establishment is just ok, everything else was great.

I am very pleased with the friendly and professional care that Kasey, Kimberly and the other girls give to me at Warsaw Branch of Communitywide FCU. It is such a good feeling to know that these beautiful ladies look out for me. I love that they know my name and are always waiting with a smile to take care of my business. There is no way to say thank you for all of the many kindnesses the young people at the Warsaw branch of Community Wide have done for me. Above what any bank would do for a customer.. These people are just unbelievable in the service they provide.

Avoid financing with community wide at all costs. At worst, they’re a backhanded credit union who use shady business practices and deceit to screw your over. At best, they’re a group of good hearted yet incompetent individuals who go outside the scope of their authority to make claims that they will go back on later. They take no responsibility for their actions and blindside you when you’re informed that you will be penalized for their incompetence. If you want people who treat you well when you’re in the building, by all means, proceed. If you want someone who knows what on planet earth they’re doing, do yourself a favor and take your money some other place.

My two car loans have been marked late 2 months in a row now because I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have to email them and wait for a call back which takes about 3 emails and two weeks to get someone. Absolute worst customer service out there. This bank is an absolute joke. Stay far, far away. We are selling both of our cars just to get this garbage bank out of our lives.

Kasey And her team get a 10 out of 10 every single time I go into the bank. I am not the most organized person and my short term memory is lacking. I walk in and before I can even say a word they have pulled my account information up and are ready to help me in anyway I need it. I wish all Banking institutions had this kind of customer service.

Best bank in town. Very professional. Attentive. Loans are competitive in comparison to other banks in the area. Safe to say I will make the switch to do all my banking with Community Wide FCU. Thanks to Kasey! And the team at Elkhart Cassopolis branch. Thank you.
