I have been a member with Community West for a long time. I have always liked their customer service and their rates. This week I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie - awesome customer service! I had a LOT of questions and she had all the answers... and LOTS of patience! Nice to talk to such a friendly, efficient representative who obviously enjoys her job. Thank you for your wonderful help!

Dawn was wonderful. She was kind and patient. She took the time to educate me and went through all details entirely, she didn't rush. She was empathetic and relatable. Will absolutely love to work with her again.

I recently applied for an auto loan with Community West CU, and my experience was nothing less than stellar. My loan processor, Dawn Rasor, was absolutely phenomenal and a joy to work with. Since i became member of CWCU i have not had a banking account because i am 100 % satisfied with their services. Customer service is excellent. All my requests for assistance have been resolved to my full satisfaction all the time. I make wire transfers multiple times a year and all it takes is a phone call a few minutes long and completed before de end of the day. Have had with them 2 home and 1 auto loans with no problems at all. Latelly they have been cutting down interest rates on all types of deposit accounts as well as perks for using their wide range of services, which has caused them to fall behind other credit unions but CWCU is still one of the best places to manage your money and get all kind of loans and banking services without dealing with a bank. Their wonderful people make a world of difference, will stay with CWCU as long as the benefits dont fall behind the competition too far back....

Talked to Halley today about a three dollar service fee that’s been coming out of my account monthly for years. She states the credit union thought it was a great service when it started so they automatically started every member on the service plan without getting authorization. They agreed to reverse 12 months only of fees. They have changed their policy now But those of us who have been with the credit union for 30 years are Potentially getting charged hundreds of dollars based on their assumption that we wanted the service. Check your statements and make sure you’ve authorized this.

Dawn Razor was the loan specialist who helped me. She was amazing! She was so attentive to all the detail. She was great at explaining options and made sure I understood. She was very knowledge about everything I needed. She was always so cheerful and a joy to speak with. She went above and beyond to help me get things down quickly. I look forward to working with her again for my lending needs!

Dawn has helped us out on many occasions setting up the online banking and the new credit cards for my wife and I. She took the time to walk me through the setup and explained how each works. Thank you Dawn

I have banked with CWCU for 6 years. They helped me with a credit builder loan when I was 19. Always been great. Dawn did a fantastic job helping me last week. From the morning I called to later that afternoon I was on my way to pick up my new vehicle. 5 stars for service. 5 stars for communication. 5 stars for execution.

No complaints here. We have always enjoyed the service and benefits that CWCU provides. If I had to come up with any suggested improvements I would say that the drive thru could use more help. There have been a couple of times that I had to wait over 5 minutes before being acknowledged.

Still don't understand why the lobby is not open other than by appointment only when other banking institutions have no restrictions and able to walk in freely and do banking business.

I have been with CWCU for almost 4 years now and I am always satisfied with their service and interactions - but recently, I have been reminded of just how amazing they are. Kim and Niko were so kind and diligent with my situation, at other institutions I have felt embarrassed/judged when I’m in a jam - these two understood and helped! Happy to be with Community West Credit Union.
