Amazing staff! Courtney helped open an account for my son and was so quick and courteous! The branch manager, Shay, even came by and brought him a piggy bank! Awesome people!

Every time you have an issue, you have to call a National number…you are hold for obscene amounts of time. Today, I had to waste my lunch because I was on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes because they decided to update their systems. This ain’t the first time. One time, I had a lost/stolen card. Again, I was on hold for over an hour!!! During CoVid, when other businesses and banks opened their lobbies, they kept theirs closed. The only way to talk to someone was through the 1800 number and never through a direct dial to the branch! I need a bank that has better customer service!!! Don’t go here because you won’t get it. I tried to give them a chance but the have blown it.

The front desk staff are amazing 5 Stars to them, they have always been nice and professional! But the actual bank, the management of the outside ATM's is poor. There is always issues. Calling customer service is always a hassle, just to raise our limit, it takes more time than manageable. Here is a big one, we own a company so our money is deposited usually next day automatically from our pos provider into this bank. They are not open weekends, so the money earned from Fri,Sat,Sun will not reach until Monday which is when they are open. So, if the bank has a holiday, like memorial day recently, our funds from Fri,sat,sun, and MONDAY will be held until TUESDAY! So we went over our limit thinking our funds were in our account Monday, business as usual. Hundreds of dollars of overdraft fees from Monday? Called the bank, they were not having it, saying we were liable for those charges. Even though if our funds were deposited on Monday like usual, we would have not came close to our balance, which equals no overage charges. So over these charges they will no longer have our business. What type of service is that, they KNOW the money was waiting for them over the weekend. 2019 and this bank has not caught up to the times!

Terrible bank policies.please do not use an ATM card that is not issued by them. The ATM will take the Card and will not return it and will shred it.leaving college students attending Sam Houston college from all over the country penniless and helpless with no family near by . The students have no idea that this will happen when they use ATM. They like myself will just assume that it’s like using any other ATM.

I called their appointment services and as given the run around that they couldn't answer their phone. Lady inside called in 5 seconds when I presented my hand written phone number. They did not share pertinent information to their services with me, their teller machine stole my card and they refused to give me an answer as to when it could be returned. They just didn't want to count the till.

Like to say, my Dad was scammed by thieves, even tho still in research mode, my Dad may or may not get his money back, the people who work at this bank been very helpful, been very understanding. My parents made a mistake; and they feel bad about falling for a scam. Like to thank everyone at this bank for helping out the best they can. Thanks.

ATM USERS BEWARE!!!!! If for any reason the ATM machines associated with the Community Service Credit Union keeps your card. This bank's policy is to shred your card either by manually shredding at the branch or turning the card over to a third party shred company. No matter what forms of identification you present to them the next business day they will not give you back your bank card. They don't do this to everyone. Just the people who use a bank card from another institution. If it is their issued card they will of course hold on to that for their customers.

I don’t know how it’s possible for a bank to have so many broken ATM’s. I’d say out of every time I’ve gone to use one of the THREE atms there to get cash or check my balance I have a 20% success rate. These ATM machines are so unreliable I’m just tired of going there and receiving the “your transaction cannot be processed” message every time! It’s quite ridiculous that a bank can’t have a working ATM. I originally thought it was that only atm that was broken but boy was I wrong if you try to use any of them you get the same message. Don’t go here until they fix the damn machines.

Love the ATM I don't have to get out of my car to make deposits. The checks are cashed deposited. The few times I do have to actually get out, the clerks are friendly. 3 out of 4 people in my house bank there, and the fourth will be soon.

Been with them for four years and they haven’t been worth anything to me and my financial journey. Especially compared to other big banks and financial institutions. Despite the relationship built, they will not help me in any way and even closing the account was a hassle. Please choose another credit union.
