Friendly staff, useless credit union. They lack most of the technological amenities that any other small credit union or large bank has provided that my businesses used or I used personally. They don't even have B2B Zelle set up. Holds are places on small checks <$5000 for 7 days. Not 2 days, not 5 days, but 7. 7 business days. That's ridiculous. I'm closing my accounts as soon as I have new ones set up at a different credit union. The lack of branches and available shared branches makes it inconvenient as well, always having to run into janky stores to use their system of ATM partners is beyond annoying. You get charged a $3 for using the ATMs they tell you that you can use, they refund you the $3 but you're still initially charged for using their widely available ATM partner.

I absolutely love banking here!!! The customer service is fantastic!! I love that they call me by name when they see me and always are so happy to help with any of my banking needs. I LOVE MY CRCU FAMILY!!!

Do not attempt to get a loan here, in fact, avoid banking here period. Its all cloak and dagger and bait and switch. They tell you 90 days before your first payment. After signing the loan, I come to find out they had been auto drafting every month and included a bunch of added insurance fees for disability/life etc all options that were refused at the time of loan. When you talk to them about they just say sorry, the 90 days isn't on your loan agreement and its in the fine print. I would not want a bank that practices on deceiving their members. Unlike Ken's review, they did nothing at all to help. Edit: The Crosby branch location is actually really good. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Best banking experience. I’ve always banked with the big guys, BoA/Chase etc and have never had the personalized help as I did today at CRCU as a new member. Our financial advisor went above and beyond to get us approved for our auto loan. Thanks!!!

Every time we have to conduct business, we are greeted by warm, friendly personalities! Everyone is helpful & knowledgeable, and they make sure that we have all the information that we need and our transactions are complete before we leave (whether in the lobby or drive through). We love the user-friendly mobile app, as well as other conveniences that are offered with our accounts. We look forward to utilizing other available products and services in the near future!

This bank and their at will "Check Deposit Holds" are absolutely absurd! Also to the Teller 0462 the rude one that always has an attitude please find another job! Your customer service skills are a negative 5 stars...and it has not been just one time it is every single time you pop up on the screen! My account has never been overdrawn in 3 years and I have never deposited a customers check that has bounced....this Credit Union is a joke #VeryDissatisfiedCustomer would give them "0" stars if I could!

horrible customer service! today i came in with an appointment to get a new credit card. i was exactly 11 minutes late to my appointment and no one else was there but the lady, Skylar, i was supposed to talk to sent me away and had a very bad attitude.

I'm a very patient person and so it's us customers who suffer when the credit union fails to provide decent service. I blame the credit union not the staff for lack of good staff.

7 business day hold on a check for less than $5000 is ridiculous
