Used this company for my home loan. Started off good, but I would not recommend using Jeremy. Communication was little to none. Got blindsided by a rate lock fee that I was unaware of until I got the paperwork for it. In the end, I wasn’t even supposed to get charged for it in the first place. His team was great, especially Demetria. She was awesome to work with. Just not him.

Oh my goodness, I do not know where to start with ALL the wonderful things to say about Peggy, her team and how she went above and beyond with helping us purchase our house!! Peggy kept in constant communication with the entire process. Helped with the difficult questions and how to navigate the (I'm just being honest) crazy process of getting ALL the many documents needed to get approved!! AVOID AT ALL COST! Terrible company and customer service. I will never interact with them again if I can help it. They lie straight to your face and have zero care for their customers. 1/10 communication skills. Not what you expect at all when using a mortgage company.

Dawn has been my Christmas angel! My family and I were PCSing in from Germany to Clarksville, TN. I did almost almost interactions virtually and telephonically but I felt like I was given undivided attention every interaction. I had a very short timeline and there were a few hiccups on the sellers end but Dawn made it all go away quickly (LOL)! My family and I are so grateful for her and her team! Everyone's first home purchase should be as pleasant as my experience has been. Best Christmas Present Ever!
