Super easy andconvenient to use. They have the process set up so you can basically can get 90 percent of the deal done by a smart phone. The only time you have to show is closing. We got a great rate and were able to pull out up to 30k cash without penalty. Vito kept us informed and showed us all finance options of rate and term. Vito provides virtual updates which is great since going to an office is difficult with Covid and a small child. I would use again
