I've had 2 loans now, both were with Micah Marshall at the Bellevue location. Both times he beat Captial Credit Union as well as PCM Credit Union interest rates. I had a 1.99 which was even better than what Gandrud banks could do. The first time, I even received money for switching from PCM on top of 1.99% I definitely recommend Community First Credit Union.

I absolutely love this place they are friendly and welcoming easy to work with understanding and totally reliable on their information that they give you. If you have time and patience they will work with you.

Very unhappy with the customer service of the customer service reps and bank manager. I've called customs service once and regretted it. He was very rude and got smart with me. Manager was also rude to me when getting a loan. Will be changing banks as soon as possible. I will say loan officers and tellers were nice though.

Rates best I’ve seen by far!

Went I to see if I could refinance my car loan. With the help of Tessa Tonnon. I got a lower rate. Saved 2.2% on interest and saved $139. In car payments. I would 100% recommend them. I was treated extremely nice! Totally worth you time to check thing out.

Fees, fees, fees! When we first opened our car loan with CFCU they were pretty good, gave us a decent rate for our loan, so we slowly started to move everything over. It was only after we had them for a while did I find out how terrible their account system was and how many fees they charged for everything. If you fail to put the correct "sub account digit" then a human will decide which account your bill will be paid from (IE: Account 1234567 then you have Savings (0) or checking (1) so to pull from your Savings you need to use Account #12345670.) The great part? They can select from your checking which doesn't have the funds but your savings does. Guess what? They will let that hit your account three times and charge you a nice $25 fee each time too. How convenient! They have such wonderful looking buildings, they should invest some of that into a smart IT solution that can check to see the balance on your accounts and pull accordingly. Oh, no that's a service that's offered for a another fee. I also tried to work with them to get a Mortgage and one of their "Mortgage Loan Originators" was incredibly rude and condescending to a first time home buyer. I was completely floored. I'd avoid them and go with Capital Credit Union up the street, you'll be much happier.

I could not be happier with this place. My credit was absolutely horrible and their great customer service and guidance has helped me turn it right around. I can't wait to buy a new car this year and hopefully a new home within the next couple. I couldn't have done it without the help of Community First.
