Hally Swan at Community 1st Credit Union is a ROCKSTAR. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and thought I would never get approved for a loan to get into a new house. She walked me through the entire process, step by step so that I could understand what was needed, and be in the drivers seat. She is an honest, real, down-to-earth person who will spend the time to get to know you, and find a way to get you everything you are looking for. My husband and I applied for a loan through Community First Credit Union. Being two country bumpkins the process was all new to us. Hally Swan walked us through every step of the way. Any question we had (there were many!) she was available and always happy to help. She went out of her way to to explain anything we didn't understand. I am not sure where to even beginning trying to explain the most wonderful experience we encountered with Community First Credit Union, specifically Hally Swan.
