I wouldn't come here again for a car loan but otherwise they seem alright. They make mistakes just like any other place. So really not much better then their competitors but about the same.

I applied for a loan with CFCU. A loan officer named Brittany called and to discuss my credit, she was telling me about all these accounts I do not have on my credit. I told her to check to see if she was looking at the right credit and she was not she was reading someone else's off to me. She then said she was sending my loan request to the underwriters and would get back to me by 1pm that day. This was a week ago. I have not heard from her at all. Very unprofessional I will never work with them again.

Says here that they're open til 1pm on Saturdays, when they actually close at noon. That cramps my style when I can't pay rent.

Great customer service, and some of the best CD rates in the area at this time.

Everyone was friendly and helped me out setting up accounts.

All gone down hill since the latest digital programming system for banking. Even my latest phone call was answered by a curt, clip, irritated to be bothered voiced woman. She acted like I was asking to much for her to check my account. Last month I also had troubles with the digital program a bank to bank transfer, and right away slammed me with a fee of $25.00. When I try to check my account in the past it didn't even allow me past a certain window while in my account so that cost me dearly too. Just taking anything they can now and calling everything a delayed pending action for to long.

Wonderful people to work with very polite and very professional never had any issues with the loans I have taken out. Carri made my experience very Satisfying while taking my loan out ,totally professional

Terrible bank. Their online account access never displays the correct balance but somehow that's your fault.
