Community Choice Financial Sw 88th St, Miami

Worst experience I have in a business. I went two times to this store in a day trying to collect $150 from wester union and they just didn't want to. Second time I went they look at my license for like 10 min, look at me in really weird way, then the agent went to speak with the manager and told me they dont't have any money and to go Navarro. $150!!!! Clearly this was not true. Can't believe how employees treat customer based on their look.

I always used to go at night and get attended by Sara but now that she’s there in the morning it’s nice to be able to be attended by her in the morning. She’s very helpful and nice and makes everything fast and easy as well. I definitely recommend this place to my friends and anyone planning to visit and get attended here. Thank you!

I see why these guys have a 2.2 rating. Thanks to their back and fourths and ups and downs I've ended up with 120$ in overdraft fees with my bank. You can't tell a person one thing IN STORE and try to call and change the story after the persons already left. I started paying back my loan with credit counseling and this store STILL sent my check to the bank without me expecting it. I'm very disappointed with this check cashing store.

I read the reviews not being from Miami I went in anyway . The most unprofessional place I ever been. I never write reviews but in this case I had to. Go to Amscot across the street way better in every way they should close this place down.

They are quick when you're at the window, but the wait is ridiculous. They'll have two people working the windows and two people doing side work while there are 6 people in line

This center has a very professional environment. I been helped by representative Sara several times and she is always providing an excellent customer service, she manages her time to make sure all customers are always helped and satisfied with her services. Excellent customer service skills, great oral and over the phone communication and always willing to help in any matter.

If you need to pick up cash from Western Union....DO NOT go to this place, it seems that their main goal is not to give you the money even when everything is fine. They will make any excuse like they don't have enough cash, your name is not right, or they just will make up any reason to deny service. After the lady told me a stupid excuse to not give me my money I went in front of this office and I get the cash from Navarro's in less than 5 minutes. Also when I talked to the manager he just spoke nonsense to me so I just went to Navarro's. STAY AWAY FROM CHECK CASHING USA!!!!

Had me waiting for over 15 minutes. Clerk named Lourdes seem nervous and didnt seem like knew what she was doing. I ended up leaving without changing my checks. Never again!!

They're simply amazing. Always treat me with respect. Service excellent. My number one choice always.
