I don’t like to give one star, I fact if a place is bad, typically I won’t comment on it. I must say I was really irritated with this place. I walked in, see people working, they see me, no acknowledgement until about 40 seconds after I’m there, okay nowadays that’s pretty normal. When she greeted me, she said, “We’ll be with you in a minute.” Okay that’s fine I replied because it was, but the longer I’m standing there and watching 1 out of 3 people working it gets a little bit annoying. True enough, you’re probably working but from what I’m hearing, it doesn’t sound like work. I feel as though I could have been at least asked what I needed, and will be dealt with accordingly. Because I wasn’t there for a title loan, I wasn’t paying a bill, but I was there for a money order. Which takes literally a minute to do. Well long story short after about I’ll say 4 minutes, I walked out. Not saying they wasn’t working, but from my view it didn’t seem like it. I won’t go here anymore though. Happy for the people who were able to get seen.

I went here to cash a check from progressive auto insurance due to a car accident. Not only did they take all of my personal information including my social security number, but they also called progressive to confirm that the check was legitimate. Progressive confirmed and they STILL denied me service. And they could not give me a direct answer because the truth is that they denied me service because i am a young black man. They knew that they were not going to cash that check the moment i gave it to them.

Horrible service the manager Jennifer is really rude and all of her csr are Incompetent. The corporate office should go in a fire the whole staff. I wish that I could rate something lower than a 1 star because they don’t even deserve that!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I will totally recommend some customers to you all Mrs jo jo and Mrs Victoria was so nice and friendly to me I wish I could transfer from pearl over to you all if it is at all possible.

Always spoke to Jojo on the phone and they were very professional calls so i decided to go there. However when I get there I wanted to speak with jojo bc she was who I talked to on the phone. However I only wanted to do a payday loan until the next week for a small amount and I brought everything I was asked to bring!! I gave paperwork however my phone was off and but I paid the phone bill right there in the store so jojo could verify my phone number she looked me right in my face asked if my phone was on and called me. After the call she gave me a decline letter and i didnt understand bc i had everthing she asjed me to bring. I called the 1800 numbet on the paper and they said the agent marked unable to verify phone and that was the reason for the decline. I was shocked after she saw me pay the bill!! So i called jojo to let her know what they said n i did use my "white girl voice" bc i really wanted to be black but ms jojo had a tude since i stated my name. Sayin we can talk face to face. NO MAAM WHEN U TRIED TO HIDE BEHIND A LETTER AFTER YOU PURPOSEFULLY DENIED ME KNOWING YOU HAD YOUR MIND MADE UP WHEN I WALKED IN. I GUESS I DIDNT LOOK LIKE I NEEDED THE MONEY I SHOULDNT HAVE HAD ON MY NICE BAG AND HEELS I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND BUT I WILL CONTACT THE DM AND MAYBE THEY CAN HELP ME UNDERSTAND!

The girls at the front are very nice & explained everything perfectly to me. I’ve had some financial trouble this summer & tried other payday loans but they have the best interest rates in town! Will use them again 👍🏾

Unprofessional and horrible attitudes. I was serviced but it took an hour just to cash a check then, the women was arguing over who is going to help me.

Very nice customer service and understandable when it comes to paying your loan off two days after your due date.

Always friendly personal that help any way they can. Great place with greater service
