Tammy was amazing at explaining my new account and how it worked to me. She told me all the in and outs of the mobile banking app that will make my life so much easier(as a mom who don't love that). She also explained the many different financial options the bank deals with including savings or refinancing. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood what she was explaining. Everyone working seems very polite and helpful. Setting up my new account was very easy and quickly done.

I've had community choice since I was young. My parents set my account up for me as a child for a savings account. The customer experience has been nothing but pleasant and easy. I've applied for a few loans now over the years, and the financial advisors are always super friendly and helpful

Sheila made all the difference on the telephone today. She helped me through all the layers of problems we ran into and spent a long time walking me through all the technology snags. And she stayed on the line until she had confirmed everything worked. And she had me laughing the whole time! She turned what could have been an incredibly frustrating situation into the best experience I have ever had dealing with a problem by phone. Her upbeat attitude, non-condescending manner, and intuitive responses are natural gifts, and I was wowed by her. Please let her know that I appreciate every minute she spent with me.

I actually love this credit union, the people at the wyandotte location are very nice. Recently I applied for a loan online (not through this credit union) and gave my bank info for verification, and a loan company deposited money into my account w/o me signing anything. So immediately I went to an ATM and withdrew my money that I knew was mine. The next day my online account was locked and it said to contact customer service. I explained the situation to the customer service representative and she connected me with someone from the fraud department. The lady came on and starting talking down me in a rude manner, talking to me like I was criminal that committed the fraud. I explained I knew it was fraud because it happened to me at another bank then she said I owed $112 that can be taken out when my direct deposit comes in. I said I can come in Monday to pay it and she said once I do that she will terminate our relationship because she didn't feel comfortable with me being a member there. Really? Because I made a mistake I can't have an account there, that seems extreme. I will never recommend this credit union to anyone and they need to get rid of that rude lady from the fraud department.

Community choice credit union gave me a second chance at banking!! I don’t have the best banking history and thought it would be impossible to open an account. I joined Community Choice Credit Union and I was welcomed by a great lady name Tammy Wojnar. She had a lot of knowledge about the institution and was able to answer all of my questions. In addition she was able to give me lots of insight on the plans I have for the future in regards to me being a member of the credit union. I had some business to conduct today here , I made an appointment about an hour before I arrived..... I was pleasantly surprised I was met just inside the door by Kathryn . Within moments she understood my needs and helped me set up the things I needed . It was refreshing to get such good customer service. Today's visit was so helpful and successful while working with Kathryn. She was extremely pleasant, willing to take the necessary time to provide the information i was seeking. Because of her help i can now transfer my accounts from another Credit Union to Community Choice. Very pleased.

I have had an account with community choice for forever now. I had a savings account, and went to the little events they had as a kid. Everyone working there is amazing and polite. Now that years have past and I’m getting older, I decided to start my first checking account and get my first debit card. Tammy was amazing and helped me set it all up. Been a member for a very long time. The location downtown Wyandotte is awful, no parking, no access fore several weeks per year, no drive thru. There is a stupid sign in sheet which takes x2 as long for service now. The tellers take forever and routinely make mistakes. After idk 20 years I am taking my money elsewhere!

I can't remember her name but she has gorgeous eyebrows and lovely greenish eyes, she took excellent care of our needs and helped us upgrade acct from savings to checking with awesome benefits! I have been a member of this credit union for years and they have consistently been helpful and responsive to my financial needs. Recently I worked with Katie to process a loan request. She was extremely courteous/friendly. She always made the extra effort to keep me updated on the loan status and what to expect next. The loan process itself was simple and quick which was convenient and appreciated!

Because the numbers didn't seem to match in a member to member transfer today, I signed up for a phone appointment which was very simple. I received a very timely call , and the wonderful teller from Community Choice CU not only did the transfer but educated me as well. I learned that it's not possible for me to do the type of transfer that I needed to do. But the on phone teller was able to do it for me. What a wonderful , educational experience..

I bank at Chase, Citizens and Community Chioce and I’ve been to several branch locations of each bank and Community Choice of Wyandotte is by far the best, the service is second to none. Have been coming here since they opened and merged with my old credit union! The staff is exceptional and they are always willing to help! A huge gorgeous office provides a comfortable setting when working with them, making you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Robin is phenomenal and she goes above and beyond for her clients!

I stepped out of my comfort zone and checked out a new credit union, and I wasnt quite sure what I was looking for but I definately found something new and I am actually excited about my options. Savings account, checking account, IRA account, even a youth account we can start for my son whose 2...The staff were very friendly, informative, and more importantly caring/understanding when my toddler wanted to venture around. Popcorn accommodations are a Plus as well. I am definately looking forward to building a new fullfilled future with Community choice!

The branch in Wyandotte we tried to pay off a loan with a cashiers check from another C.U. And they insisted on putting a 10 day hold I asked them to call and confirm the funds were there the manager became rude and said they wouldn’t she said go get cash or they wouldn’t release the lein I called my CU they were shocked at this refusal to call and verify the money. Be very careful when taking a loan with this credit union not very customer oriented.

I just opened my storefront in Wyandotte (Knock on Wood Design Studio) and Tammy reached out to me right away to let me know about Community Choice and she would love to help me open my business account.
