Community Choice Credit Union Lyon Center Dr, New Hudson

I have banked here for many years and recently had some questions about check holds and e-deposits. Sheila called me back and helped answer all of my questions very clearly. She also took the time to explain many other great features available which was great information to help me save time and money. I highly recommend speaking with her if you have any questions, she is very knowledgeable!

I have been a member for years at CCCU New Hudson branch.Everyone is very friendly and always very helpful with anything I need or answer any questions I may have. I usually have Karen Fryer handle most of my questions or concerns. I have known her the longest since i’ve been a member and she is great! Very friendly and personable. And always willing to help you out with anything you might need.:)

Sheila was more than helpful with my situation, and her personality was truly a breathe of fresh air! Definitely would love her to handle any of my future questions or situations if they arise again.

The best credit union I have ever been to! Simply put. The staff and personnel are all friendly, helpful and mindful of your needs and services. I have had a Community Choice account for over 20 years! Absolutely love them. Always friendly and helpful. And mobile banking has made it easy to keep my account even though I no longer live near a branch. I've worked with the same banker (Melissa) forever, she is never been anything but helpful. More of a personal hometown feeling than a corporate bank. All around wonderful experience.

We've been members for a long time now and this is my favorite branch. The staff are all very friendly and do their job quickly and with a smile. Never waited in line more than a minute or two. Great place to bank !

Friendly staff. Extremely limited hours. Beware that they will charge you $5 per account when you close. Moving out of state with 3 kids accounts and they kept $15 from my kid's account. I was prepared for the closing fee on a primary adult account. But kids accounts too? Let's just say it was a learning opportunity about corporate greed when I got home and explained it to them. Classic case of what the big print giveth, the fine print taketh away.

My husband opened his business account with Janice. He was so excited about his experience that he wanted to change our personal accounts to this branch as well. The very next weekend I was taken to meet Janice. After only a few minutes, I knew this is where we belonged. We closed our other accounts and opened new ones with Janice the very next week. She is absolutely fantastic! Everyone at the branch that we've interacted with has been very helpful and friendly. We love Community Choice and recommend it to all of our family and friends!

I recently opened a new business account at the New Hudson Branch. Janice went above and beyond doing this for me!! She was both professional and friendly while working with me!! I look forward to doing my business with them!! Today I needed help and called Customer Service. I spoke with Sheila who was also phenomenal to work with. Again, both professional & friendly!!

I happened to be a customer of Community Choice because they gave me the best rate for my car loan. Then I started researching their services.. Their rewards program is amazing!! I just recently started the process of switching to them only to find out I could link my account and not have to close the other one or use two different apps! Bethany at the member contact center was the best at answering all my questions and making the transition go smoothly!

From the beginning I have felt comfortable, welcomed and valued at Community Choice Credit Union in New Hudson. The staff are kind and amazing in their gracious approach to customer service. They remember me and ask me how I am doing and how my work is going. It is awesome to feel like a valued member at my bank.

We have gone to the New Hudson branch for a long time now. Janice and Karen are always excellent as well as the new staff. Always friendly and a wonderful experience. My kids love going to the bank. My son refers to it as the “sucker bank” and when get there he runs in yelling hi Janice!! The girls at the bank have watched my kids grow. Going to the bank doesn’t feel like a chore because we feel like we are going to visit our friends. We couldn’t ask for better service.

I was previous member of FCE Credit Union when they merged with Comm Choice Credit Union several years ago. In the time that I have been working with Comm Choice they have been excellent to work with. Staff is always very courteous and the branch atmosphere is one of having fun at work. This includes dressing up for Halloween( whole office was characters from the Addams Family this yr) and they provide free popcorn on Fridays. Also when you bring change in they help you pour it into the counter and there is no fee. My wifes DFCU CU charges 3-5%. I rarely need to go into the lobby but whenever I do it always brightens my day!

Banking with Community Choice was a great decision for our family. The entire staff is always very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. You get a very personal experience whether you are completing a small everyday transaction or inquiring about a loan. I would highly recommend!

CCCU is a great credit union to work with. If it's possible, if it can be done, they will do it. New Hudson & Milford branches are my regular spots. Online banking & bill pay ate easy to use & benefits for using services and annual rebates for s percentage of interest I pay on my car loan is great!

I love working with everyone at Community Choice. Everyone is so friendly, efficient, and knowledgable. Today, I called to transfer money for someone and Shelia helped me with efficiency and kindness. She made me feel comfortable doing baking over the phone. She was helpful and gave me several tips that will help me in the future. Overall she was awesome.

No other bank or credit union has ever gone out of their way to help during what I can say has been the most difficult time in my life; my experience with Community Choice New Hudson has been nothing but positive. They have always been helpful, courteous, compassionate and in every situation tried their best, within their constraints, to help provide solutions that would get me through these difficult times. I mentioned to them i wanted to write a review to that effect, and I am happy to do just that in hopes it helps their business but also; for anyone out there looking to do business that (from my point of view) has established an integrous track record for 5 star help, support and solutions. You will not get the plain jane "NO" standard "bank" answer from them; if there is ever something they can't do, there is an explanation behind it that makes total sense - the important thing is that they will go down that rabbit hole with you and track down whatever they need to in order to get answers. And if they can't help (using the analogy of a rabbit hole); they'll do their best to find another one. I have to admit i don't think this review will quite reciprocate the sincere and heart felt appreciation i have for everyone at community choice; specifically the New Hudson branch. Every single time I come in here I am treated so great. Every single question I’ve ever had they’ve answered for me. Everyone is always so kind, friendly and nice to me which always make coming to the bank extra easy!!

Whenever I come into the branch, I am always happily greeted by Ashley’s sunny helpful expertise. I can always go to her for Debit Card questions and placing travel alerts. She is there when I was looking for way to save more money. And she took the time to showed me how to work the new online app. Can’t think of a more friendly and experienced credit union to go to.

Love community choice Hannah did excellent with our loan details in purchasing a car although she wasn’t the loan processor she helped the process all day today with us fantastic service

I don't know where to start. Most bank's just lack in customer service these days and CCCU of New Hudson has brought back the small town personal feel that we should all know when banking. The staff is amazing and is always so helpful with any of my needs. Melissa knows me by name and always greets me with a smile. I can't say enough about this place. If you are not currently banking here you don't know what you are missing!

Since opening our personal account, my experience with the staff has been nothing but positive. I receive a smile and greeting when I come in. They are efficient and knowledgeable. I have worked with Janice for a number of requests and she has always taken as much time as I have needed to address my questions. I like knowing when I come in I am recognized and and with Janice always addressed by my first name instantly.
