I've gotten 2 car loans and a mortgage which the experience was great. Then I was working with Lizzie for a home equity loan and it was the most unpleasant experience. I would call up to 4 times a day after not getting replies to my emails for over a week.

I tried to get a mortgage though them. They said I was pre-approved. When I tried to get the pre-approval letter they ignored me. I emailed them more then once and went in. They never answered me. I have also had several fraudulent charges on my accounts and they haven't refunded me on any of it.

We switched to CC from Affinity CU and I love it. Staff is always friendly and I never have issues.

I love this credit union. I hoped around at several banks before trying them out. Couldn't be happier. I have been a customer for more than 10 years now and have no plans on going anywhere else.

I have had an excellent experience working with a loan officer at the Ankeny branch when I went to refinance my vehicles. She was excellent at communicating and answering my questions. She made the process extremely quick and painless.

So happy I made the switch to CC from a traditional bank. They are so helpful, friendly, and always help me achieve my financial goals. This is great, especially since I run a small biz. Not to mention the chill lobby full of smiles and snacks. Ill never leave. ✌

A great credit union to bank with. Used to bank with another credit union from their shared branching locations, then I moved. Shifting over to this location was painless and swift. No problems with basic bank services like managing accounts, withdrawals, the mobile app etc. Never had an issue with my card or accounts. Hardly any fees ever and if there are they let you know beforehand.

Azra is hands down the best. She has helped me with multiple accounts from my home remodel to my recent vehicle refinance. She has gone above and beyond every single time.

I’ve always loved the fact of a local Credit Union, but they’re making banking for me a little inconvenient. Their hours are difficult since I work downtown and my hours are 7:30-4:45 PM Also, I needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee and they no longer offer that service to their members. Maybe I’ve outgrown the Credit Union and I need to find a bigger bank.

I've banked with them for 8 years. Always helpful and friendly. Good responses to inquiries.
