Sarah Greeley has always done an excellent job helping me with any needs I've had with my banking. She helped me set up my original accounts and now my personal loan. I always point friends and family to my credit union because of their team and helpful staff.

I needed help with online services and was assisted by the very awesome April Beavers at the Hillsdale Branch. She patiently walked me through getting things changed and reset. I want to send a great big shout-out to April: her knowledge, her people skills and her technology prowess were amazing! Thanks, April!

The personal advisor I worked with was very helpful to me when I went there on a recent visit. Renee Bugosh is very knowledgeable and takes her time in answering questions and explaining things that might have been overlooked. She was able to get me complimentary paper checks for both my personal and business accounts and then explained to me about how to order check books. She is a genuine individual with a pleasant smile whom I believe the company is glad to have.

Great bank with fantastic people! They were so helpful when I got my car loan, went through everything with me and explained it. I got a checking account today, April again was so helpful and explained everything to me, even benefits I didn't realize I was receiving!

Amazing. Did not feel rushed. Jeremy took great care of helping me open my account and answered all my questions and went over everything to help me out and gave me brochures and I really appreciate the fact that I felt so comfortable.
