Community Choice Credit Union Six Mile Rd, Northville

No one really likes going to the bank. It always takes forever but not here!! You're in and out in no time with all of your questions answered and business taken care of. Danelle is so nice and efficient. Would recommend to everyone!

We recently moved, and decided to switch banks to our local Community Choice. We have been pleasantly surprised at how kind and efficient all the staff are, particularly this location. We just got an auto loan here and our experience was amazing. It was low stress, and extremely quick….A stark contrast to our bad experience at the car dealership! Danelle particularly helped us through and went above and beyond to answer our questions. She was amazing to work with and very kind. Despite it being a busy morning for them, we never felt rushed or like anything other than valued members. I would say to anyone who is looking for a better banking / loan experience, Community Choice and this particular location is the way to go! Five stars for Danelle and her team! 👏🏻

I was waited on today at the Northville office by Anthony Whitlock. He was extremely pleasant and professional and make sure that all my banking needs were met. He is an extremely good asset to your organization. It’s nice to good into a business where you feel appreciated.

UPDATE OF 1/31/22 My vehicle that I got in May got stolen on 1/13/22 & I’ve been going through a lot of things during this very difficult process but thankfully Danelle, Sarah & Diamond has once again gone above & beyond to help me not only through this situation but as well as working on getting me another loan for my next vehicle! I can’t express enough how much I appreciate their hard work & dedication to making this process as smooth as it can possibly be for me! They are truly one of a kind! I got a $52k auto loan through here & I gotta say it couldn’t have been an easier experience. Matt & Danelle were tremendous through the entire process & made it as stressful free & as kind as possible. Didn’t have to jump through any crazy hoops & got a super low interest rate that couldn’t be matched or beat anywhere else in the entire state of Michigan. Can’t say enough good things about this credit union & HIGHLY recommend anyone else that’s looking for a loan or just a great credit union in general, to go to this location in Northville. I’d give 10 stars if it were an option!!

This place is amazing. My fiancé and I went here to open up a new account with community choice; we had an awesome experience. Anthony was our constant’s name he got everything set up for us within an hour. I will most definitely be making this my favorite location!

I've been super happy since becoming a member with CCCU. Their loan rates are very competitive, and you really feel like you are getting personalized service compared to the big banks. Kenny is great to work with and always helps me out in a timely manner. My only regret is that I didn't become a member sooner!

Anthony was extremely friendly and helpful with my transaction. He was very knowledgeable of the many services offered and gave advice on how to best help with my finances.

I sought help releasing a lien on my car after it was paid off and asked about current car loan rates. Sarah was very helpful and promptly provided me the information and assistance that I needed. She was pleasant and helpful.

Above and beyond service from everyone one of the staff members , there were more than a few, who helped resolve an issue dealing with a car loan that had to then be transferred to a replacement car because the first was a complete lemon. Special thanks to Anthony Whitlock at the Northville bank.
