To have a bank that knows me and knows my business is amazing. The whole team at Community Banks in Lowry is fantastic. Melinda O'Neil helps us through the PPP loan process twice and was supportive, kind, and competent. We at Colorado Free University are big fans of the bank.

I worked directly with Melinda O'Neill to set up new Business Account that is not the most user friendly or desired by most banks. She was helpful, prompt, professional and made the process VERY simple. I highly would recommend seeing Melinda for any of your banking needs!

I’ve been with this banks for 3 months and still no debit card. I’ve asked this location to order and send me one several times. Went to a different location and turns out they have only ordered one for me twice. So either they lied to me when I would call to check and see when it’s coming or they’re incompetent. I was about to close my account until another location fixed it and finally ordered me one.

Amanda. Karen. Katy...all outstanding ladies. I love their customer service and their laid back attitude. Never feel like "just a customer" when I go there. They say hello every time and use my first name. Great bunch of ladies

Wouldn’t notarize because I’m not a customer. Never had this issue with any other bank. Seems lazy and disrespectful to me. Wouldn’t consider using them as a bank and will tell clients and friends to steer clear. Great work at driving potential customers away to get out of a few minutes of work. Funny part is my wife went in last week for a notary and she was taken care of, she’s not a customer either. I guess the guy didn’t mind spending a few moments hitting on her to help her out but sent me on my way since he saw no benefit in helping. How awful is that?

The entire staff at this location always goes above and beyond to help me with my personal accounts and business accounts. Deanna and Melinda put a lot of effort in to make my banking easier and i would highly recommend them for business and personal banking!

Awful customer service. I notarized a doc at this bank in the past. My husband was refused notary service because he didn’t have an account open w them. We live in the neighborhood. Not a “community bank” if they’re not willing to serve their community.
