I have been with Community Bank for about 6 years now. They are one of the best banks that I have had the pleasure of doing business with! If I have had a problem, these folks helped take care of it. I'm not a fan of their banking app, but the 5 star's is because of the service I have received. Always polite and respectful! I'm sure I will be with this bank for many years to come!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I really enjoy banking with Community Bank. If you have a problem or a concern they listen and want to help you get it straightened out. Highly recommend them they are excellent!!

Why isn't your lobby open? Restaurants, schools, grocery stores, home centers, etc., are open but not you?

I need to give a huge shout out to this branch and specifically Paul Nunn for his professionalism. I had an incident today that required immediate attention, and immediate attention I received. The team was at the top of their game with COVID regulations from the moment I walked in. Paul sanitized the office prior to my entrance, surprisingly remembered my name, and instantly went to work to rectify the situation. If I could give this team 10 stars I would! Thank you to all.

This has got to the be the worst bank I have ever been to especially this branch. So disorganized, rude and horrible customer service. Systems do not work properly. Card was compromised twice at stores and once and their atm! Do not recommend them!
