The teller refused to cash in $5.50 in pennies even after she knew the circumstances. She did offer to give me the rolls. So nice of her. 😉😂 Walked up Highway 305 to First Security where the teller just took them to their coin counting machine THAT ALL BANKS HAVE. I didn’t even have to roll them. Remember Community Bank every person who walks in is a potential customer. I wasn’t asking to cash a large check. I was just asking to cash in a measly $5.50 in pennies: Thank you First Security and I will be posting this same review on their page.

Came through to cash a check and the lady in the drive through was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. If I lived in the area I would have opened an account here.

I love this bank and the helpful staff. I read some of these reviews, which are from non-members. Most banks do not allow transactions from non-members. With that being said, I opened this account a few months back after i moved this way, and they really take their time with you and answering all questions you may have. It feels like family every time you walk in here. Thanks Community Bank of OB. :)
