Best experience with any bank EVER! Shari was and is the pinnacle of customer service. Purchased a vehicle from a local dealer that tried to take me to the cleaners stating my credit was not good enough for a low intrest rate loan. Took the deal anyway as I REALLY wanted the vehicle as the asking price was 15k below Kelly blue book. Purchased the vehicle late on a Friday called Shari the following week and was approved for a loan to cover my purchase at a much lower intrest rate prior to my first payment due with a very inferior lending facility. Transaction was completed so smoothly I could not have dreamed of a better way of it being handled. I highly recommend CFCU specifically Shari for exceeding expectations in customer service. Thank you CFCU for having such an incredible senior MSR as Shari.

We LOVE Communication Federal Credit Union! We have been with this bank for over a decade. They are all so friendly and helpful! The app is super easy to use. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. Five stars for sure!

I love this bank! I currently have a checking account at another credit union. My husband and I separated, so I started using my overdraft excessively to keep up with what he and I both used to pay. I got my checking account closed, however I did leave my savings opened and let my pay checks from work keep direct depositing into my savings until I paid off $942 in overdraft and other stuff combined. I can’t open another checking account for 6 months. Right before all this Communication Federal refinanced a car my husband and I had in common. His name, but I paid for it. So, the tags & title were quoted from Ardmore tag office $791. Communication Federal Credit Union loaned me that money even with my checking account closed! This is a Great Bank with Awesome employees!

2 days after I opened my account with them the teller, Mandy, contacted my ex and told him I opened an account. I tried showing proof, they made me close my account because they knew they was in the wrong and was about to get in big trouble! Here is a photo of the ex finding out I opened an account at the same bank as him. No money is owed to him, this is also the 2nd time that specific person caused problems in my life and now she get to work and do it to yall too!!

Have been using CFCU for several years, i have always had great service at this branch.

I have had several contacts with CFCU staff members and have been well please every time. They have been very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. It has been my pleasure in the contact.

Very Poor response time, it should not take 10 days after pulling my credit to give me any sort of contact. I was denied a refinance with 13 almost 14 months on time payment history. Would not recommend friends or family to this business.
