I came in to pay off my car loan and it couldn't have been easier. The teller verified the personal information she had on file for me was correct, gave me a receipt for the transaction and advised me to expect the final paperwork in the mail within 10 business days. Afterwards we briefly chatted about how good it was to own a vehicle free and clear and the weather. It was truly a pleasure doing business with CFCU.

Great...very helpful on my finance of my home loan,I recommend communication Federal or the people that work there and it was a last-minute thing that I had happened someone broke in my vehicle they stayed open till I got there to do the paperwork... thanks

Recently moved back to Tulsa and have started banking with Communication Federal Credit Union. They are very friendly and give the feel of the more old fashioned, service oriented community credit unions and not pseudo-banks that many of the other credit unions have become. The drive thru experience is great as is calling in for help. It is nice to receive local help.
