Commonwealth Credit Union Lawson Dr, Georgetown

I do not have an account here but I stopped here to use their ATM. The ATM gave me an almost ripped in half $100 bill. I went inside to explain and to get a new one, they didn't care and said "you have to have an account for us to exchange money or give change". I spoke to the assistant branch manager, Jamie, and she said "I am doing this as a one time courtesy". So I am mildly happy with the outcome although if the ripped bill comes from their ATM they should be able to exchange it and make it right because a lot of places will not accept bills that were ripped as much as this one.

Worst experience ever. Very easy new loan process but the amount of errors that happen after wards. They messed up first payment due date so we ran late on first payment. Team couldn't figure out correct way to fix. Then they messed up payment due amount per month. Easy loan process...terrible experience afterwards.

This branch is probably one of the worst in this state, the customer service representatives are rude and inattentive. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before the clerk made eye contact with me and bothered to ask how she could help. The clerk proceeded to be rude to me, as If she preferred to continue to socialize with the other employees rather than help the customers. Very dissatisfied.

We have been with commonwealth for several years. Multiple accounts including auto loans, Everytime we come in we get outstanding service and they always go above and beyond to help us. Thanks.

They are always helpful and go out way to make banking experience pleasant.

Keep getting ran around in circles worst issues ive had at any financial insitution...highly recommend going elsewhere

I tied to make a payment on my husband's loan and the girl acted like I was in the wrong. She hurried and turned the screen away from me and said I can't tell you the actual amount due you have to guess or call your husband. Very rude! I could understand if I was trying to take money but to make a payment...... I've never been treated this way!

Lie after lie after lie. I removed myself from "This bank" and any account I was associated with through them. I am working on getting my husband's account removed also. Should've stuck with my normal bank from the get go.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life... advised me to use clickswitch which worked on one item and resulted in me getting over draft fees I’d tell them I’d pay on pay day every pay day would roll around there would be an additional $100 added in fees i would not recommend any one to bank with them they are horrible and do not even try to work with you

Been banking with ccu for the last 13 years. They have always been great 👍
