This bank has it all, from great customer service to a easy to use website and mobile app, to having all of the right services to meet anybody's needs in 2022!!! Small town banks have the tendency to be behind the times, but not this one!!! Highly recommend!!!

After 5 years of banking with CNB they automatically enrolled me into overdraft curtesy program costing me $75 in fees!!! They stated they sent me a letter saying I was enrolled and it was my responsibility to opt out. Since when is it ok to make changes to a customer’s account without permission? I will be changing banks soon!!!!

This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. They are horrible at handling my account. They charge me $9.00 a month service charge and reject certain vendors that they don't like. They do not have overdraft protection and managed to overdraft my account based on this stupid fee that they feel free to pull out of my account when they feel like it. They service commercial businesses and do dirty to the little people.

Excellent local bank that cares about their customers. Very responsive to questions and always looking to help the community.

I’ve been banking with CNB for about 15yrs or so. I have always had a pleasurable experience whether it be getting a mortgage, 90 day note, or even just walking in to deposit money. The staff from the tellers to the VPs all make you feel great as soon as you walk into the door. I’ve dealt with Reed for ALL of my money needs now for 10yrs and it’s been great. Very knowledgeable about what can and can’t be done and gives you all information needed to make sure you know what’s going on and how this particular loan will affect the rest of your finances so you don’t get into a bind. I’ve bought 3 houses and sold two and each time has been better than the last time going through my hometown bank. Fast closes and other great experiences is the reason why I’ll never bank anywhere else.

Ever since moving to Brady, I have banked here. Even with a few hiccups in that time, I can think of no other place to do my banking. They have worked very well with me on two personal loans and are always friendly and they know you by name. VERY satisfied with their service!

Reed has been excellent to deal with . He has helped me understand the Ranching world. Being from out of town he has been a lot of help.I would highly recommend him And the Jones family
