We opened a new business account with Commercial a couple of weeks ago. We've always banked with big banks, so the personal attention and assistance we've gotten from the Commercial team has been an amazing bonus. Their staff is friendly, willing to answer questions, and very competent. Would definitely recommend.

Jayme @ Commercial Bank is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and actually cares about her customers. Our business came to her for help with the PPP Loan when our own bank of 30 years couldn't help us. Jayme walked us through the whole process, plus the forgiveness portion. She always returns messages and emails promptly. Jayme is a joy to work with and I highly recommend her and Commercial Bank!

Oakfield Township has recently switched all of our accounts to Commercial Bank, and the service we have received from everyone has been fantastic. Exceptional personable customer service. I love love love this bank and its staff. One of my favorite technologies they use... they put an image of every check my business writes on each monthly statement. They also have the most efficient drive thru and teller windows I've seen around. I just chuckle when passing by another bank with a 20 car pile up in the drive thru. Switch banks people...save time, money and your sanity.
