I have banked with Commercial Bank for 50 years. I have always been treated with prompt polite professional service, from Sonya in the drive through, Cindy and the crew at the front counter, Debbie, Corey and Jessica in the loan dept. Thank You and keep up the great job!

I’ve been a customer of Commercial Bank since forever. We’ve gone thru a LOT of name changes, computer upgrades, presidents, employees (I was one for 30 years) & I’m very proud to say I still have accounts at our hometown bank. I miss our fun times & we had a bunch of them. I sure appreciate Sonya working in Ithaca….she always has a GRAND smile to share. ❌⭕️ ♏️

The staff at the Ithaca branch are not friendly. I was not impressed from day one. I had an account w/ CB for years, but then they started increasing fees on top of the unfriendliness. It wasn't just one teller either. I thought maybe something was wrong with ME, but I was always greeted with a friendly smile at other banks & credit unions that I've done business with. The staff at the Middleton branch was always nice, so I don't know what's going on at the Ithaca branch.
