Commerce Bank Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters

We went to this location to drop off a check and got pulled over by a police officer. My fiancee has not gone out much or at all since Covid started and I completely understand why. People are as rude and ignorant as ever. After dealing with the officer, we pulled into the drive up and the teller we had processed to ask him for his license and registration. I get she was trying to make a joke and he normally doesn't get upset but he hasn't been pulled over in almost 15 years. He was freaking out and for the teller to say that to him was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We are never going to that location again.

This review was left for the ATM at Mid Rivers Mall and HWY 364. I have repeatedly tried do use this ATM on several occasions and each time it feels I drive across the parking lot and use another banks ATM with the same card and it works every time. I brought this to their attention but it continues.

Went to Commerce to get $3,000 cash for vacation. I was told they were out of large bills and not to go to the the HWY K location because they were out also. WHAT!!! No one offered to find me a location i could get the cash I wanted so I asked them to call other locations for me which they did. That's not the last bad experience. After returning from vacation I had left over cash to deposit so i went to the ATM. I had 26 bills. Put them in the machine and it spit them back out saying you can only deposit up to 50 bills. I thought I would try making two deposits with 13 bills in each one, failed again.

I had to get paperwork signed to cash in some bonds that had belonged to my father. Kelly was very helpful and I was able to finally get everything needed to satisfy the government all during the holidays!

I give this Commerce Bank branch a -10 star ! Worst bank ever! Rude staff that make up their own rules!

Received an offer in the mail to open a new account, but they wouldn't honor the promotion since the mailing didn't have the correct first name when they sent it to me. It makes absolutely no sense why they wouldn't honor it since I would meet all of the conditions of the promotion. Very strange.

Every time I deposit cash at this location they tell me I counted $5 over. Coincidence or skim?

I banked with this branch for 15 year and turned my husband onto then for a business account. This has been the WORST experience we could have imagined for too many reasons to list. Needless to say I am now a US Bank customer and our business account is through Bank of America and we have had NONE of the same issues as we had at Commerce. We will be reporting to the BBB and anywhere we can warning business owners. Debbie Johnson if you want to contact me to make things better feel free. I was happy with you all for 15 years and you have turned that experience into a terrible memory after only 5 months.

Send in a secret shopper so those in charge can really see how unhelpful and snotty the tellers are. Not going back

This bank has the best service. Melissa, Debbie, Stephanie, Laura, Justin, and Laila are the best. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
