Commerce Bank MO, Parkville

More than not at this Bank I have been satisfied however, I caught them reordering my transactions, which we all know they have been in trouble for in previous class actions. I have picture proof of this instance and when I went to discuss it, they refunded one fee but the next day, another Over draft fee came through and that's where I ended my relationship with commerce bank. Although I made sure to tell them of the two transactions this happened to on the same date, they refused to give the second fee back. I have since moved over to a capital one account and as we know, they will be discontinuing their over draft fees but will still allow customers with frequent deposits utilize overdraft service, only charging what the customer over draws. This change takes effect at the beginning of the year. This is the right direction to go considering big bank's make billions each year penalizing people who essentially have low funds. How dare you commerce. I am ashamed and disappointed to have been such a loyal customer of your bank knowing what I know now, and in short I hope you change your ways. If you do not, you will be looked over as more and more people come to the conclusion to switch to a more customer friendly level of service. Good luck.

The management and staff of the Parkville Branch of Commerce Bank has been great to work with. We have had our accounts there for about four years and they have always been super friendly and extra accommodating to all our special requests and needs.

Good Location and very convenient for me. They have improved their customer service as opposed to about a year ago. I think commerce used to be focused on commercial/business customers, but they have improved a lot for regular demand deposit customers. Thanks Commerce Bank!

They try to provide good service. Unfortunately there are just a lot of mix-ups that seem avoidable. It leaves me feeling like the bank is disorganized. Sometimes it can take months to get an answer because local branch person doesn't know the answer, and they pass you to someone at a higher level. That person doesn't always call you back, or they pass you on to yet again someone else. That being said, the people at this bank are incredibly friendly, and appear to genuinely care. Sometimes that's worth the frustration and confusion of the mistakes they tend to make.

Held on to my 1500$ check,they didn't tell me after I deposited it that they used a small portion of the money to pay my overdrawn balance and then closed my whole account down... I went to go open a new account last week and still cannot use my money, reach anybody at this bank, get a call back from anybody regarding my money. I have no food left, no gas to drive back there and back home, no way around this... You can't keep people's moneu

I would HIGHLY recommend NOT banking at this bank or any other branch. Worst Banking experience I have ever had! Justin and the staff are not helpful and don't ever call you back when you have a problem. Hank, the small business manager is a liar and will tell you things to get you to open an account and then things change once you open an account and won't stand behind what they say. He also does not have the respect to call anyone back. They will also place holds on your deposits and not allow you to have access to the money until after 10 business days. Don't Bank Here!!!

This location was and always will be the most racist, and the most discrimination bank I ever been too. I’ve be with commerce since I was 16 years of age. I’m an Asian descendent and the treat my wife and I like was were really Alien From another planet. Talk to us like was couldn’t understand English. I was born and rise here in KC. Had never been mistreated like this place has. It was horrific encounter with them on Thursday. Highly recommended not to come to this location. They’ll treat you like a OUTCAST if you’re from another ethnicity. PISS POOR management. Employees need extensive training to deal with customers.

The manager here is quite unprofessional! Was out of town, no commerce banks within the state, and she refused to help me with a wire transfer because she didn't know me well enough...... WHAT!?!?!? Asked if I could authorize my wife, which isn't a signer on my account, to pick up the funds I needed and again she said "I don't know you well enough to break the rules". I guess if she knew me she would be okay with breaking the rules??? That doesn't make sense at all! This manager needs to be fired! I'm sure she breaks quite a few rules for the people she knows well enough. Needless to say, I'm withdrawing ever last penny in my 5 personal account, a business accounts, and 2 minor accounts and switching banking institutions. I've have multiple things to complain about this specific manager. Very very very very very very very very poor customer service. This women hardly knows what she is doing! Think an institution like commerce bank would be able to find a qualified manager. Absolutely, horrible!

I've been banking with commerce since 2014 or 2015, and opened in this location and only go to this location, even after moving to Gladstone. I don't have any problems others say they have, I have always been treated fairly and with respect, and everyone I deal with is very professional and even go out of their way to ensure I have a positive banking experience.

By far the worst Commerce bank you can go to.. Terrible customer service and even worse mangers. This place is Very unprofessional.. Recommend to find different locations or Bank with someone else
