Commerce Bank W Central Ave, El Dorado

Poor customer service. Teller named Morgan is very rude and disrespectful to customers. I have had several issues with this bank over the last year and after my recent experience will be moving all of my accounts to a different bank.

Terrible customer service. They are not my bank but they are the bank for my mother, whom I care for. Long story short.... they said a new card for my mom's account would be delivered in a week, didn't get it. Ten days later, I called them inquiring about the card. Got a national distribution center who patched me thru to El Dorado. Was on hold for over 10 minutes the first time I called. Second time I called, I left a message to have someone call me back. I didn't receive a call back. Several hours later I called again, left another message. This person finally called me back. He told me the card didn't get ordered, but they would order one today! Are you frieken kidding me! Fixing to have my mom's money pulled from that bank and into another bank. When I told this person that, he didn't seem to care. Again, TERRIBLE customer service!

The ladies in the drive thru were very helpful and polite!

I think the people at the bank like jey André Morgan holy stefany are very kind and helpful But customers don't stop to think that people have to be treated well because they give us a service and HABECES the Customers arrive in a bad mood and they limp with the cashiers without having anything to do with Susi roll to me they have always treated well and with respect and they are my helpful thanks to all the workers of the commerce bank del dorado for serving us and Sammy the previous manager left some very good workers I congratulate you and thank you for putting up with us customers even and with the humor that we always arrive they welcome us with a smile god bless you
