Slowest staff ever. I gave 2 100 dollar Bill's to get 20 dollar Bill's through drive thru, manager demanded drivers license for cash to cash transaction. 22 year customer and being yelled at by a young new bank manager. How sad its gotten since vivian left

This local branch has a small town feel, with employees who seem to recognize you when you walk through the door. With modern banking options that largely prevent us from having to leave the car — or even the house — in order to do our banking business, a return to good old-fashioned personal banking gives me a reason to park and enter the bank again.

The supervisor Brianna or Breanna is so rude and should not work in customer service at all. She should be in the back where she can't see or talk to people. Until she is gone I will never walk back into this commerce bank again! Jason the branch Manager was so nice and handled my complaint about her very well and I know I cannot be the first to complain about their SUPERVISOR!! My 12 year old daughter even noticed how rude she was!

They've always treated me well. The current manger remembered me and was prepared to help me!

There was no explanation of the why when I was trying to do something With my account just a little slip of paper with The reasoning circled.

This is your “Mayberry” neighborhood bank. I’m still looking over my shoulder when I’m here for Andy Griffith, Barney or Aunt Bee. I just moved from Virginia about a year ago and one of my first interactions with Missourians was here at Commerce Bank. I have never felt more welcome anywhere. When you walk into this branch the banking staff are so genuinely kind that you are made to feel as if you’re with friends not at a banking establishment. You will never feel more at home or more respected with kindness than at the St. Charles/St. Peters Commerce Bank on Old Highway 94! I definitely trust the staff here with my money and investments!!

Commerce just robbed me of over $500. They changed the rules of my "no fees" account and fully drained it by adding monthly fees across a 3 to 4 year period. They gave none back when I finally caught this scam today. They closed my account after they drained it and said I wasnt notified because I was on "paperless". I thought my money was safe with Commerce and now I realize they are just thieves. Anyone who does business with Commerce Bank is a fool!

They have charged our subdivision Heritage Addition hundreds of dollars to HOLD our money (literally charged hundreds in fees on like a $50k balance in savings and checking accts!). I am a board member and Commerce Bank has been ripping us off for years. We finally have had enough to change banks. DONT GO HERE!

I've been a customer here for about 9 years and never ever had any problems!

The service here is great and the people are nice and helpful.
