I am extremely impressed with the manager and personal banker at this branch. I had a very serious situation, and they were attentive and immediately ready to resolve my issue. I have never experienced a bank with such a personal touch. The manager knows his customers by name!!! This branch was recommended to me. Thank goodness because I was in dire need of correcting a mess. They were kind and more than efficient. Thank you, Commerce Bank in Truman Rd.

This location has always been helpful to me and my family, and today they absolutely went above for me. Even during Covid times they were more than happy to help me and Nick S. Was even kind enough to stay 40 minutes after close to make sure I understood the changes to my account and how it all worked. I've been using them since I've had an account and never had an issue they couldn't help me resolve.

It's really frustrating that you're not open on Saturdays and it says you're open and I've gone several times and you're closed and I contacted customer service and they say you're open.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They had the wrong signature on my dad's trust account (asked me if I was "Mr. Harvey." I wasn't.) Then, when I closed out one of the accounts, they charged me an $11 fee. I went in to the bank to clear it up and they had no record of the transaction in their computer. I was ready to throw down $20 just to be done with them. THE . . .WORST. . . BANK . . .EVER.
