Open my checking account after being totally mistreated and harassed by incompetent tellers and managers at Bank of the West. This bank set me up instantly with my ATM card checking account temporary checks and I was finished and less than half an hour and my permanent checks arrived in 5 days. Thank you, America very professional

Terrible service and extremely rude and incompetent staff. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Went to use my atm card outside bank when the card would not work due to the machine being seviced. I then went to manager who told me to wait. He got card and then started writing report saying he was going to keep my card. When i asked him for my card back he refused. Do not patronize this bank. Run from them. Their policies are bad and deserve a poor customer service rating. No reason to keep my card. Said it was bank policy. It was his policy that sealed the deal. Will never do business here again. Manager had no right doing what he did. Poor management skills. Poor people skills. This bank needs to learn to put customers first not their own agenda.

Prepare to wait 45 minutes if you ever want to send an international wire.
