The first meeting was okay, the first guy we talked too was great, but the guy we actually went to see rushed us out of there. We took some time to gather the information needed and when everything was sent we he didn’t even get back to us! For over two weeks and we heard nothing. Then when we went to get our documents back we’re told the format was wrong, how about communicating that so we could continue ???? Incredibly unprofessional. If we had found a property we liked in the time they took we would’ve probably lost it. It was our first time doing this process and honestly, so disappointed. The lack or clarity and communication was unreal.

This company is over-the-top awesome. They are extremely helpful and make the application process simple, but thorough. They worked with me from the first day I contacted them to ensure I had the correct information for my loan. I had questions answered even after normal business hours. If you are looking for a mortgage or are a Veteran and looking for a VA loan - good lender for your new home, give this company a shot first - if they cant help you they will definitely point you in the right direction.
