Rasema is always the one who helps me when I'm at this location and she is the absolute sweetest. I love Columbia Credit Union because I feel like the staff really go out of their way to get to know you. They consistently give amazinf service.

I've bought many cars and this was my first time using my credit union to do it. It started out well and after a few weeks I called them to see how my paperwork was and when I could expect my trucks registration. No call back, I call again a couple weeks later, no return call. Today marks 2 months, I spoke to Reese 4 days ago and he promised that he would get back to me and understood my frustration. Still waiting on that call. I've spent tons on temporary tabs and I will never use these guys again for any future car purchases.

When In to create a new checking account and was blown away by the customer service Mia provided. I feel I made the right choice by switching and choosing CCU. Thanks again for your service!

Thanks for practically harassing me for a signature that one of your agents missed when I made sure multiple times everything was good since I was going out of state. Long story short, a signature missed, played phone tag on regards, finally got a hold of someone and now my account is closed but that I was more then welcome to come in to open them again. No thanks Guys! Don't need another day wasted..

Terrible customer service. I don’t drive and this is the closest bank for me to exchange bills for laundry change. I’ve been going to this bank for three years, and one day all of a sudden I needed an account TO CHANGE BILLS AT AT A FYCKING BANK. I ignored it, but that last time was the end. I went in for a roll of quarters ($10) and handed a $20 to the teller and got a roll of quarters and a very obviously gave a fake $10 that Fred Meyer (which shares that same parking lot) did not take my OBVIOUSLY fake $10. I went back to the bank and they insisted is was real, but ended up replacing it with a torn and taped $10 in return. This place isn’t even worth the simplicity.

Tellers are nice, and speedy. Anything requires a L. O. N. G, L. O. N. G wait, every time.

Went from banking with Bank of America for 10 years to this bank and it's been nothing but problem after problem. I had screenshot proof that their system was rearranging transactions to be able to charge overdraft fees. They don't show all pending transactions and will prevent visibility till after it charges an overdraft fee (I had screenshot proof). Pending transactions credit or debit will be charged an immediate fee, regardless if it is pending, even if you went directly to the ATM and deposited funds. If you electronic deposit at the same time as a transaction it will still charge you a fee till the deposit clears (even if the transaction hadn't cleared). I had proof of each of these happening. Beware of this bank.... I've paid outrageous amounts of fees that I had to argue with them to reverse and several fees that I didn't feel like arguing with them about to reverse even though I shouldn't have been charged them. Their online banking app they admit is not reliable. They told me I needed to keep a check book ledger. Their website banking... is also not reliable. It shows the teller at the bank MORE information than it does you when you check your online banking, making it nearly impossible to get fees reversed because you have limited visibility so you can't prevent an issue, but they can see everything on their side and it allows them to make it look as if the fee was your fault- even though you were unable to see when your account was overdrawn. Is there a decent bank out there? Guess I'll go back to Bank of America? Thanks for countless overdraft fees for no reason Columbia CU.... must be nice to still live in the age where they think their customers should use a check book ledger.

Andrew recently helped me with a credit card. He is awesome, very thorough and professional. I felt like we clicked and he made the process very easy for me. I have been helped by many associates here over the years, but he really stood out!

I really dislike this bank, for starters I am a rep payee and live out of state. I tried to to call on a Saturday to make a transfer, which by the way, you CAN'T do online. Only by the telephone. Grand Central bank is open on Saturday from 9am to 130pm yet their telephone banking is only operative Monday through Friday. Genius! Also they dont have shared branch capabilities so if you are on vacation or iworking in another city you can't make a visa or mtg pmt. You have to deal directly wiith them. Another thing that stinks is the person I represent is disabled and has a basic checking account. So if he wants to pay a bill by money order or cashier's check he has to pay a fee of $3.00 (money order) and $4.00 (cashier's check). And don't bother using their website, it is VERY user unfriendly... I only bank here because my client asked me to do that, I personally bank at IQ credit union, which by the way has shared branching capabilities AND a great website. I highly suggest you check them out before doing business here!
