Columbia Credit Union Ne 98th Cir, Vancouver

Always friendly tellers. Met with Manager a couple of times and my business was handled very well, will good explanations. Rather deal with this credit union then one of the banks. It is nice to walk in and be called by my first name.

Worst customer service experience. No one gets back to you if you call for a 401k appointment or questions and concerns. I didn't know where my investments were going to and wanted to check but for a month solid I was ignored. Left several messages. Pulled my investments out and went elsewhere.

My go to bank is a credit union, they normally care about their customers and treat them right, this is not the case with Columbia credit union they are terrible. Never do business here. If you’re looking for a credit union try IQ Credit union. They put their customers first the way it should be done.

Terrible service when you get your card sucked into atm. employees had said " the atm machine has been doing it all week and there was no sign on the atm explaining your card might get sucked in. Like shouldn't people know? When I asked the banker( who looked and acted stoned) if he could call maintaince he laughed and said to just wait till it comes out so we canceled our card.

No too bad except the when is a mistake you always end up loosing cause the charge you like money is easy to get so I'm switching soon

I will choose no other credit Union. They are the best.

I’ve been banking here for my business for the last five years and I make large cash deposits typically 2-3 times a month and most tellers no me and today a lady named kell helped me and she was reduculously rude. She not only made a simple deposit take 30 minutes but she was condescending and sarcastic through the whole process. I’ve had great luck with this bank but I won’t be going to that location again.

It's really hard to express how much I dislike this bank. My car loan was set up through Columbia Credit Union. Although, if I knew what a hassle it was to deal with this bank I would have simply refused to ever set up a loan here. This bank has closed early unexpectedly, told me incorrect information resulting in a late payment, and gave me an incorrect pin for their phone application. Upon trying to sell my vehicle, I found out that I had to jump through several (somewhat difficult) hoops simply to get the title to the new owner. This is simply one of the least reliable banks I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend refusing any loans that may be sent here, or simply any encounter with this bank at all.

Started my account in 1995, had a very negative experience with teller. She deposited my check into the wrong account three times, even though, I corrected her and three times!

Great place to bank. Customer service is great.
