    I have been a customer at the Burlington branch for a couple years. They remember my name, no bullsh!t, they charge too much for checking but it's worth the customer service.

    I like the people who work there. But it would be nice to have more hours on Friday, due to the fact that they are closed on Saturdays!

    my review is based off costumer service: the manager of this branch was not helpful at all! i ended up calling the bellingham and mt. vernon branches! both branch managers took my name and phone number when they couldn't answer my question and called me back very quickly not with the answer that i was looking for but had 3 other options for me
