Colten Mortgage is very friendly and responsive! Don Hoff was our loan officer, and he was always there when we needed him. He was also very accommodating of whatever we needed, and the process was easy even from another state. The system Colten Mortgage uses to upload your documents is really quick and easy to use. No confusion!

I had been told I had a very complicated transaction due to my divorce but when I contacted Courtland and explained my situation he did not seem worried and just said let's see what we can do for you. I was very dissatisfied with my current mortgage company and they had been giving me the run around for over a year trying to refinance. What they couldn't seem to pull through in a year Courtland and Veronica did in 45 days!!! To say I am completely satisfied is still a huge understatement.
