Collins Community Credit Union Blairs Ferry Rd, Cedar Rapids

Today we placed a call to the Blairs Ferry office location in Cedar Rapids. We needed to get some further information regarding our accounts and were forwarded to Mitch C. in Customer Service. Mitch was not only able to answer our questions, but went the extra mile to access records that another department had told us were no longer available. It's very refreshing to speak with a company representative who was cordial, respectful, obviously enjoys his job, and does it very well. Kudos to Mitch and Collins Community Credit Union!

My experience working with Megan Schaefer could not have been better. She was professional, handled my request efficiently and brought up several other solutions that will greatly improve by financial position. It is great to find someone you can trust.

I had issues trying to get my funds to my title company for the closing on my house, and the teller tried their best to help, even going out of their way to brainstorm solutions with their managers and others. While we weren’t able to transfer them in the easiest way, we worked around and found another solution to the problem. Very patient and helpful.

Katelyn at Blairs Ferry helped me to cash a check and put it on my credit card. She was very pleasant and professional. Her positivity helped give an extra boost to my day!

Megan Shaefer was amazing ! Very please with her service and hospitality! I wish there were more Megan’s in this world!

I had a situation where I had a late a payment on my auto. Tristan assisted me in paying it and also worked with his team on removing the late fee that was applied. He was very respectful, straight-forward, and helpful during our phone call. The team at CCCU has always been wonderful!

Thank you to Mitch at Blairs Ferry Rd location. I had been playing phone tag running to get answers for my credit card consolidation. Much to ownership of funding out information and getting back to me before the weekend. It put my mind at ease and he was persistent. Thanks again!

I switched from Veridian CU to CCCU with the assistance of Megan Schaeffer. She offers 5 star service, without a doubt, and CCCU's products offer amazing rates. Megan helped me set up a free checking account that yields 2.25 annually. She cut my credit card interest rate in half (13.7% to 7.4%), she cut my auto loan rate by 2% (6.13 to 4.04), and when I went to my local branch to finalize everything, the teller there offered me insurance quotes, and they're going to save me over $400 a year between auto & renter's insurance. I'm a 10 year loyal, 7 year accident/incident free customer of Progressive, but I have no choice but to accept those savings. Cannot praise CCCU, or Megan, enough because of this.
