This review goes out to Vicki C on 1st Ave SE. I was in this branch, which is new to me, and I was lucky to get Vicki C as my teller. She took the time to help me figure out my bills and go over my statement. She was so kind and personable. Please acknowledge her. Thank You

I've banked with Collins for over 11 years. I happened to google their hours (weird Covid hours) for drive thru banking and was surprised at the 3 star rating. Many complaints about staff-never have I ever had an issue with ANY staff. I have a small loan through Collins and the gentleman who assisted me, made it painless and my loan was available and in my account that same day. I have also never experienced a huge issue with wait times at the drive thru. Never a problem. I guess I've been extra lucky these past 11 years!

I would like someone of upper management to contact me regarding this discussion issue. I have never had an account with this credit union, in fact, I've not had a bank account outside of USAA for the past decade. CCCU decided yesterday that not only was it appropriate to contact myself, but also my father and mother regarding a debt incurred by another relative, that they hadn't even tried to contact, and that relative has their call logs to prove that. I'm going to make this crystal clear. If I'm not the debt holder, DO NOT CONTACT ME! I don't care if they're my friend, or a relative, I'm not responsible for getting them in contact with you. I'm not their keeper, not are they mine. You wouldn't dare catch one of my creditors contacting my family because it's INAPPROPRIATE. I will be reporting this to the BBB, and I demand someone with authority within this ESTABLISHMENT contact me, since you already apparently have my phone number.

Just called in and spoke to Spencer and his customer service was nothing less than perfect. He quickly handled my issue and I am 200% satisfied with everything. Thank you for all your help today.

Drive through Teller was fantastic! Her name was Vicki - figured out I had a post dated check by 1 day and she could not deposit it. Instead of telling me that I would have to come back she filled out the night deposit envelope and sent it to me and told me to put it in the night deposit. She went WAY beyond what she needed to do. Thank you so much Vicki! You made my day and the extra effort was GREATLY appreciated!
