My neighbors sold their home few years ago to a young lady who apparently bought it as an investment. After about one year she decided to rent and hired Caldwell Banker to manage the property. The first person to rent apparently was vetted and accepted as a qualified renter. That person rarely mowed the lawn or any other usual maintenance was visible. The renter started projects and did not complete them. He brought large motor home and left it sitting in the back yard. The property management was missing though all of this and the value of the surrounding home owners suffered from this lack of attention. I give Caldwell/Banker a low review. Why don’t property owners and management companies have to live up to a standard that protects the value of surrounding properties?

I recommend NOT renting from this company. Paid my rent on time for 2 years. Paid a $2400 deposit and now they are seeking an additional $858.07 to replace carpet that now smells after it was "professionally cleaned". So now I am out $3,283.07. They have now sent me to collections while in the process of waiting for a response from the home owner on continuing to seek damages.

I rented with Coldwell for just shy of 2 years. The move in process was smooth. Any time I needed maintenance the property management team had my needs taken care of as quickly as possible. Due to accepting employment in another area I moved out. But any time someone is looking for a rental in walla walla I would suggest reaching out to this team.

No one kept my friend up to date on her maybe apartment. That's what she told me anyways

They make u buy 40 dallar applications just to make money there the biggest scam I've seen so far they pic and choose based of how many applications when there applications on all there properties soo with that said why put in your app some one eles already did and they leave them up so you can waste money

I received great and responsive service from the front line personnel as well as the rental management team. They were thorough courteous and timely in all matters of business. My apartment manager was also great to work with.

Clinton Court has some charm with high ceilings and hardwood floors. However, these charms come to much disadvantage. The building is not insulated. Noise is a constant problem...Mgmt will not be helpful. you complain about a noise...guess what... you are the problem and not the other tenant. Very frustrating experience and stressful. Also, they make mistakes so you have to keep calling them. Fortunately I got out of Clinton Court, but still waiting for my deposit back.

I rented from them from March 2012 to June 2013. Overall, I was happy with my experience. Rick was very up front and helpful during the application process and let me know that they were interested in returning as much of my deposit as possible. I wasn't sure how true this would be, since I've heard it's somewhat rare for a tenant to not get screwed over on their deposit. My only real complaint during tenancy was that maintenance requests took a very long time to fulfill. I understand that the maintenance people were busy, but I would have at least liked to get a status update and know that my request hadn't gotten lost or forgotten. Also, my apartment wasn't in amazing condition and I felt like it could have been kept up better (but I'm not sure how much of that is CB's responsibility; it may have been the fault of the owner). Upon moving out, I received almost all of my deposit back (except for the carpet cleaning charge which I knew about when signing the lease). I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you Coldwell Banker for a positive rental experience. I will recommend you to friends!

I've just starting renting with Coldwell, and so far it has been a good experience. Lisa and Amanda in the property management department were great, very helpful and professional. This whole process has been a nightmare for me, so I appreciated that they were willing to work around my crazy schedule. At first I was wary of how many payments and how much paperwork was required up front, but I actually really loved that by the time I got keys, I was done. I had a very different, very poor experience with my last management company, so this was a great change of pace. UPDATE: 08/12/19 Having just cleared the move-out process with CBFR, I want to again emphasize that I really appreciated the respect and professionalism that the property management team brings to the table. I would heartily recommend them for people moving into the area.

We just had our home appraised .... what a blessing it increased in value by 58k in 2 years. If it continues to appreciate at this rate over the next 4 years we will have have done well in the purchase of this property. Business is just business though, one day we will sell and sadly Coldwell banker will not get our business. I believe in people first... business secondary. When your own realtor recognizes you and does not extent a courtesy hello two years later you recognize the sale of your home was not about you it was about them. They need to earn an income I understand, and frankly our needs are different... We will need a realtor who has our trust and best interest in mind. One who values us and our business. Not afraid to step up and publicly recognize a family they put in a home. I’m all about people and value.. Someone will get our business, but not coldwell banker.
