Agent Lucy allowed potential buyer to move in prior to settlement, stayed in my home for 5 days and had all keys. The woman had to be evicted by agent. I did not give anyone permission to move in or use my home before settlement. Agent used cleaning lady of her choice and then tried to make me pay the bill. Waited 30 days on a cash sale and then did closing on a holiday and took 5 days to get my check and when I finally got my settlement check it wasn’t a certified check so I have to wait 10 business days to get my money. Lucy has lied throughout the process, I wouldn’t recommend her to list my dogs house or oversee my yard sale full of free items.

Just booked a vacation property with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty for my second year of renting in Lewes, Delaware. Carla, my agent was friendly, personable, and made me feel welcomed. She was very professional, explained the process to me, and walked me through all the information on the lease. When I checked in last year, I was greeted with all the local information, a bag of goodies to get me started at my rental, and a cold soda. The house was better than I expected, very clean, comfortable and had a great community pool near the bay. The rental team at Coldwell Bankers is top notch! Thanks guys! I’ll see you this summer!
