Jarin took care of my family today and we looked at lot of things that took some time. He was so patient with me and courteous.

This is the best cobalt branch in Omaha. I’ve been to other branches and none of them are as nice and helpful and personable like these Guys. I do not enjoy the online banking app as it is always having issues. But aside from that the PEOPLE here are so awesome. I don’t go to any other branch. The Papillion branch is always bored and rude, the millard branch off of 156th and Q aren’t as friendly. This is the only branch that does more than the bare minimum as far as customer service. Love you guys!

I closed my account 2 months ago and pulled out money and now get mail saying I’m negative 60 dollars? So I call trying to see and now I’m told when my card was hacked 5 months ago that the company payed me back for turned it down and didn’t pay even though I did I’m done with this bank for good

$5.00 ATM fees are a joke.

walking through this Hyvee and the manager Lorri introduced herself to my wife and me. She was very personable and we felt that she went out of her way to make us feel like we would be well taken care of as a customer of Cobalt. I really like it when people go out of their way to make me feel special. My wife and I plan on coming back when we have more time to open an account.

Don't bank with cobalt. I've been with them for years up until now they have been good ,BUT now it seems like their having lots of issues with their online banking . Everytime I try and login it says user error . No more like their error. And what's were is you inform them of your issue and they flat out denied that their having issues , it's you the customer thatis having issues

Walked inside the building walk right up to the teller let her know what I wanted to do she took care of me with no problems 10 minutes max

SAC employees at this branch are slower than at other locations. Sometimes they are on their cell phones which makes me uneasy as they have my personal information. The location is great, but it is constantly busy, so it takes less time to go to 156 and Q branch. Additionally, I had to have one of the girls check on something for me, and she never called me back like she said she would. Overall, the bank isn't customer focused and I've moved all of my financial services.
