Owner is ruthless & cut throat far worse than any other pawnshop. Thinks he’s better than Augusta and shows that with most insulting offers you’ve ever heard(If he even makes one he thinks he’s doing you a favor🙄) and is a legend in his own mind and thinks he’s the show Pawnstars, as seen with the completely unnecessary sliding down at night metal gate, when nothing in the place is valuable enough to even warrant having the gate lol..Best advice..Stay away & spare yourself

Horrible place to do business. They offered me $175 on a MacBook Pro that I sold for $600 two days later on Craigslist. Be very careful with the rates they give. They also like to tell you anyone can claim the pawn with just the pink slip, this is FALSE, they want you to default on the loan and not be able to pick up the merchandise so they are giving false information. The Augusta location is horrible, if you can the Lewiston location is much more fair and reasonable, avoid Augusta at all cost!

I love this place! Great deals and awesome staff! These guys have helped me out more than once and I could t thank them enough, best pawn shop in the state!

Fair, reasonable prices and a very knowledgable staff. I'd recommend this place all day for anyone looking for a little bit of everything. I'll definitely be back again

Owner is colder than a polar bears touch hole

Went there this morning around 9 am to sell this Springfield armory 3.8 40mm handgun. The guy on duty looked in the box returned it to me and sais there's no market for these I Guess he doesnt know Gun sales are up 600% since January 2021. He also acted as if he didn't want to talk to me or for me to be there. Well I went to Lewiston Pawn Shop with same item and I told them what happened we laughed at there expense. They told me the market was hot and theyb sell these hang guns daily.3 to 5 times. They offered me 400 dollars . I was in and out in 10 mins I d give these guys a zero if I could stay away. Use Lewiston Pawn shop instead.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They look at you as if you are nothing more than a bother. And I have to speak up about 10 times just for them to understand what I am saying. 100% rude and they do not wear masks. You would think during a pandemic a pawn shops number one concern would be Public Safety. Would not recommend this pawn shop.

Horrible customer service. Who ever answers the phone is rude and not willing to answer questions about prices or what's available. Will not do business with this company.

This location is horrible. The guy in charge will low ball you. Don't waste your time dealing with a Clown.

Probably the only pawn shop I would never go to again even if I was desperate. The man behind the counter was really rude and condescending.. Not because we didn’t come to an agreement but more so because he scoffed at my number (which was 200 less than what I had originally paid for it and used once for 15 minutes, practically never used.. And returned with “I don’t want it for anything, enjoy your day, in fact, is this item even yours to rightfully sell?” I said yes, of course, why wouldn’t it be? He proceeded to roll his eyes and tell me again, he ‘didn’t want it for any amount of money, enjoy your day’
