I have worked with Pam and her team since 2013. Honestly the best in the business. While other title companies always have an excuse for not getting title, or not being able to close, I can honestly say coastal title has always found a way to get the job done. No excuses. No whining. Its never a problem. Truly the best title company I have ever used. Im a lender and deal with tons if companies but only recommend Coastal title.
